Art of Living Hapiness Program

      Art of Living Happiness Program helps you to eliminate stress and be more relaxed and focused. Our mind is linked to our breath. We can control our emotions by using our breath. Breath also helps in releasing the harmful toxins from our body. The sudershan kriya, taught in the Art of Living Happiness program has been researched to help prevent and reduce around 150 psychosomatic diseases. It also helps to improve our overall health and well being. We become more happy , peaceful and relaxed after practicing sudershan kriya.

    Other than the sudershan kriya and the breathing exercises, yoga is also taught in this course. Yoga has multifold benefits for improving both physical and mental health. The benefits of Yoga are now being recognized all over the world.

   Life skills, which teach us how to overcome challenges and be more happy and successful in life are also taught in this program. We learn how to build confidence, how to work in a team, how to manage and organize, how to overcome adverse situations, how to maintain balance and poise in difficult times and overall how to stay happy.
